Rooftop Mounted Systems
The system is designed with special standing legs or fixtures for different specifications and shapes of color steel tile roofs, and the load-bearing and waterproof problems of the roof are fully considered in product development. The system adopts a modular design with few parts and components, good versatility and easy and fast installation of brackets, and is widely used in large industrial plants, simple warehouses, sheds, etc. in industrial parks.
Double-pole Bracket
The main structure of the double-pole system is made of high-quality magnesium-aluminum-zinc-coated materials with excellent weather resistance. The double-pole design gives the system higher structural stability and wind resistance, making it especially suitable for application in large-scale above-ground PV power plants and on cement flat roofs.
Flexible Mounting System Solutions
The flexible mounting system uses low-relaxation steel strands instead of the conventional section purlin brackets to carry PV modules, and the low-frequency vibration of the structure has less impact on PV modules. The system reduces the consumption of steel and thus costs less. It has low requirements for site foundation and can be highly pre-installed to greatly shorten the construction period. It is highly ventilated, has a high power generation efficiency, a wide span range, a flexible operation mode, and broad application prospects, and can maximize the land and space utilization ratio.
Enertrack 1P Intelligent Tracking System
Enertrack 1P intelligent tracking System is an integrated intelligent O&M system of "intelligence, efficiency, diagnosis and convenience" developed independently by EnerTrack. It, by virtue of a coordinative combination of modules, inverters and tracking brackets, can realize data sharing and interaction in depth, to guarantee that the tracking brackets can operate reliably and stably under the optimal conditions of sunlight, angle and output. This system provides multiple protection models against extreme environments, and is aimed at continuously improving the efficiency of PV power generation system.
Single-pole Bracket
The single-pole system can be installed quickly and allows the connection of its components to be optimized according to the terrain characteristics. The optimized structure design reduces the pile foundations by more than 50%, greatly reducing the on-site construction workload. Therefore, it is widely used in fishery PV power plants, agricultural PV power plants, and mountain PV power plants with complex terrains.
Enertrack Intelligent Algorithm
Enertrack intelligent tracking System Based on the inverter data and multi-source information network data, the algorithm can realize the linkage between closed-loop control of the inverter and the tracking system, automatically sense the weather change and shading, and increase the power generation by 2%-10%.
Enertrack1P Intelligent Tracking System
In Enertrack1P intelligent tracking system, the trackers with independent drives and modules subject to longitudinal arrangement in single row are provided. With this system, various modules can be installed. Each set is equipped with two or three sets of modules connected in series, to adapt to the scenarios including desert, Gobi, barren beach and mountain with a south-north slope gradient up to 20%. The special-shaped designs for spindle and purlin can improve the fitness, module flatness and stability in stress.
Enertrack2P Intelligent Tracking System
As an integrated fast-installation tracking system developed independently by Enertrack, Enertrack2P intelligent tracking system has advantages in fast installation, large installed capacity in single row, greater tracking angle, convenience in maintenance, etc.
By virtue of the integrated modular design, adaptive slope adjustment structure + fast-installation purlin, this system can improve the installation efficiency by 15%, and with the multi-point mechanical drive with push rod and the Hexagonal trapezoidal spindle design, it can perfectly solve the out-of-step drive and instability in extreme weather, to improve the resistance to bending and torsion. This system can be equipped with four sets of 210 modules connected in series, with a power of 85KW+. With the intelligent tracking algorithm, in the bifacial + tracking model, the energy output can be further increased. In comparison to the conventional tracking system, the energy output can be increased by 10%-20%.
