Engineer for algorithm of power generation capacity
Job duties:
1. Study the key factors affecting the power generation capacity in the PV tracking system, analyze the effects of operation tracks and installation structure of products on the power generation capacity, and verify by simulation analysis and experimental test;
2. Study the strategy to increase power generation capacity in the system by use of advanced sensing technology, big data analysis, edge computing, machine learning and other cutting-edge technologies, to provide strategies and algorithms at the software level for product development;
3. Analyze the real-time and historical data of the power station, to put forward the tracking strategy of optimizing PV racking system and the method of increasing power generation capacity;
4. Study and optimize PV tracking astronomical algorithm, potential tracking strategies for various weather conditions and protection strategies for severe weather conditions;
5. Build an experimental test platform for relevant researches and verifications.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in PV, automation, computer, science and other related fields and engaged in PV system, power generation mechanism of PV module, influencing factors of power generation capacity of bifacial modules and improvement thereof.
2. More than 2 years of work experiences in study, with a deep understanding of the optical characteristics (direct light, scattering and spectrum), astronomical characteristics (solar trace) and meteorological characteristics (overcast and cloudy days, cloud change, etc.) that affect the power generation capacity of PV systems and PV modules;
3. Be able to use PVsyst for power generation capacity analysis and simulation, and use Matlab, excel and other necessary software to establish and analyze data relations;
4. Researchers involved in tracking algorithms and strategies of PV tracking system are preferred;
5. Those familiar with relevant algorithms and technical application methods including machine learning, AI and pattern recognition, are preferred;
6. Good communication skills and logical thinking abilities.
Engineer for wind farm projects
Duties:
1. Be responsible for static and dynamic strength and stability check and finite element analysis of PV tracking/fixed racking system, and providing analyzed conclusions;
2. Study the finite element analysis method of wind-induced dynamic stability of PV tracking bracket, and carry out verification and comparison through experimental test and wind tunnel test to form a systematic evaluation process and methodology;
3. Be responsible for the preparation of wind tunnel test for products and the analysis of experimental data, establish relationship of cooperation and maintain this relationship with wind engineering research institutions both in China and abroad.
4. According to the requirements for wind loads and design codes of steel structures in different countries, independently calculate the mechanical properties of the tracking bracket system, output the calculation report, and put forward the solutions to improve the weak points.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above, and major in wind engineering, fluid mechanics, engineering mechanics and other related fields.
2. Proficient in wind load specifications, structural mechanics, fluid mechanics and fluid-structure interaction calculation methods, and capable of independently carrying out mechanical check and preparing professional analysis report;
3. Proficient in using common analysis software, such as ANSYS CFD, Fluent, SAP2000, PKPM and 3D3S for relevant analysis (not required to master all of them, but some of them sufficient to meet relevant requirements for analysis).
4. Those familiar with the load specification systems in China, Europe, America and other major regions, and with experiences in analysis of tracking bracket are preferred;
5. The fresh postgraduate students who major in postgraduate projects related to our business and the practitioners with more than 3 years of work experiences in wind load analysis for bridge, iron tower, wind power, etc. are also considered;
6. Good at English listening and speaking, and able to communicate on professional and technical issues.
Structural design engineer
Job duties:
1. Be responsible for the R&D of new-type bracket structure for PV tracking system, product design, model selection and evaluation of major purchased components, and proofing and verification for products;
2. Check the structural strength of developed products, evaluate the experimental test results, analyze the wind tunnel test results, and improve the product design according to test and analysis results.
3. Be responsible for the structural analysis, cost reduction as well as optimization and improvement of mainstream tracking bracket system products;
4. Analyze the technical performance and cost competitiveness of the developed products to ensure the competitiveness of the products in market;
5. Develop new technologies and processes, and apply for patents for R&D and innovation outcomes;
6. Promote the application of tracking bracket products to PV projects, and provide reasonable product solutions to meet project requirements, thus ensuring the stability and reliability for the project.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in machinery, steel structure, engineering mechanics and other related fields, and with more than 2 years of experiences in PV tracking bracket design and application of the design to projects;
2. Those familiar with the design load specifications of PV racking system, specifications of steel structure design and strength check, European standards, American standards and other load specifications and steel structure design specifications are preferred;
3. Those proficient in using AutoCAD, SolidWorks and other design software, and capable of carrying out strength analysis by using SAP2000, PKPM, Ansys and other structural calculation software are preferred;
4. Familiar with the mechanical transmission principle and mechanical transmission design, and with the motors, slewing reducers, electric push rods, etc. for key drive components in the tracking bracket;
5. With certain skills in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
